3. Payments

Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
Interruptions beyond our control (e.g. utilities, weather, force majeure)

For Property Owners

9. Services

We provide property management services which may include:
Marketing and listing properties
Managing bookings and guest communication
Coordinating cleaning and maintenance
Guest check-in and support
Compliance with guest registration requirements
Specific services are agreed individually with each owner.

10. Listings and Platforms

Properties may be listed on third-party platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, as well as our own website. By engaging our services, owners agree to such listings.

11. Owner Responsibilities

Property owners agree to:
Provide accurate property information
Ensure the property complies with all legal and safety requirements
Maintain appropriate insurance
Hold any necessary licences or permits required for holiday rentals

12. Fees and Payments

Management fees and commission structures are agreed separately with each owner. Payments will be handled in accordance with individual agreements.

13. Liability
